How To Pay For Tanzania Police Loss Report Online
STEP 1
Browse to ( https://lormis.tpf.go.tz/ )
STEP 2
Once you open the link above, you will see a different option from which you can choose, as shown below.
STEP 3
Select on ” SAJILI MALI ILIYOPOTEA “
STEP 4
Then a form will appear and you will have to fill in the form with the correct information. You will be asked for general information such as HADHI, MAJINA YAKO KAMILI, JINSIA, TAREHE YA KUZALIWA, ANWANI N.K.After correctly filling the form with the required information select “HIFADHI NA ENDELEA''.
STEP 5
After completing the above step another form will appear and you will have to fill the form with different information like Tarehe ya kupoteza, Mkoa, Wilaya, Sehemu/ Mahali Ulipo Potenza, Aina ya mali, Jina la mali iliyopotea, Nambari ya mali iliyopotea, Rangi ya mali iliyopotea n.k. and then press on ” HIFADHI NA ENDELEA “
STEP 6
Then you will have to review the information you filled out and make sure that you make corrections if you made a mistake in filling out the form. Once you are sure that the form is filled out correctly, press “FANYA MALIPO”
STEP 7
To complete the loss report you will have to pay TZS 500 to the control number that you will be given eg (You will get Control Number 99XXXXXXXXXX). Go to any police station for confirmation and Print your letter to your time
