Debt Collector
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing the company debtors list.
- Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
- Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment.
- Negotiating suitable repayment plans.
- Maintaining customer payment records.
- Responding to customer queries.
- Customer Service Representative
- · Respond to social media inquiries.
- · Solving customer complaints.
- · Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- ·Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- ·Escalating issues to relevant departments.
- ·Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- ·Capturing details of all calls on system for monthly analysis.
- ·Educating customers on existing and new services offered by the company.
- ·Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- ·Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- ·Go the extra mile to engage customers
- ·Reach out to customers and verify account information
Tele sales Representative
- · Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- ·Answer questions about products or the company
- ·Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- · Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- · Enter and update customer information in the database
- · Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- · Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- ·Go the “extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- · Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Job Requirements:
- ·Diploma in any field
- ·At least 1-year relevant experience
- · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ·Must be able to deliver under strict deadlines and handle pressure effectively.
- ·Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- · Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
