Debt Collector

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing the company debtors list.
  • Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
  • Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payment.
  • Negotiating suitable repayment plans.
  • Maintaining customer payment records.
  • Responding to customer queries.
  • Customer Service Representative
  • · Respond to social media inquiries.
  • · Solving customer complaints.
  • · Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • ·Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • ·Escalating issues to relevant departments.
  • ·Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • ·Capturing details of all calls on system for monthly analysis.
  • ·Educating customers on existing and new services offered by the company.
  • ·Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • ·Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • ·Go the extra mile to engage customers
  • ·Reach out to customers and verify account information

Tele sales Representative

  • · Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • ·Answer questions about products or the company
  • ·Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • · Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • · Enter and update customer information in the database
  • · Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • · Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
  • ·Go the “extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • · Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Job Requirements:
  • ·Diploma in any field
  • ·At least 1-year relevant experience
  • · Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ·Must be able to deliver under strict deadlines and handle pressure effectively.
  • ·Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
  • · Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
