About you

You will have excellent troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with various operating systems as you will be responsible for maintaining a reliable, secure and efficient data communication network.

If you are a tech-savvy professional able to deploy, configure, maintain and monitor all active network equipment to ensure smooth network operation, with two or more years’ experience. Then this job is the job for you, and we’d like to meet you!

  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
  • Creating user accounts and performing access control
  • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking related issues
  • Conduct remote troubleshooting
  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs
  • Help create technical documentation and manuals
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
  • Manage network servers and technology tools
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
